The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Thursday, September 27: Bill’s Past Comes Back to Bite Him – Custody War with Katie Gets Fierce

“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Thursday, September 27, tease that Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie’s (Heather Tom) lawyers will go to war. Justin (Aaron D. Spears) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will hope to make Judge McMullen (Joe Lando) see things their way. This custody battle will definitely bring some serious drama!

Carter will pipe up about Bill’s terrible parenting skills. He’ll argue that Bill hasn’t been a real father in the past and won’t be in the future either. As evidence, Carter will mention all the visits Bill has missed or rescheduled. He’ll suggest that for the better part of the year, Bill failed to meet his joint custody obligations.

Carter will push the judge to grant Katie sole custody and give her more control. He’ll believe she should be allowed to set boundaries and protect Will’s (Finnegan George) heart. Of course, Justin will be quick to protest. He’ll contend that Bill’s willing to make changes and truly be there for his son. Bill understands that he was causing pain, so he’s ready to do the right thing.

Justin will insist that separating Bill and Will would be wrong. He just won’t see think stripping the boy’s father from his life is the solution. Meanwhile, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will prepare to testify. They’ll both have concerns about how Katie’s going to react. This is a complicated situation, but they have to trust their instincts here.

Wyatt and Brooke plan to offer Bill support, so they’ll worry about what’ll happen when this is over. They’ll realize they could be in big trouble if Katie hates the outcome. However, they should probably just focus on their testimonies for now. There’s a good chance Brooke and Wyatt will have their own histories brought up in court.

Bill’s past will certainly be a factor as well. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers say he’ll face some grim reminders of his misdeeds and the damage they caused. B&B fans can expect some tense moments as this case presses on. Thursday’s episode will be filled with conflict, chaos and so much more.
