The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, February 11, tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will worry about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and the tough blow she’s facing. Sally just received a crushing diagnosis, so Katie intends to support her every step of the way. However, she also knows her support may not be enough.

Sally needs more loved ones rallying around her – especially Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Unfortunately, Sally doesn’t want anyone to know the truth. Despite Katie’s promise to keep mum, she’ll break it almost immediately during a conversation with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). B&B fans can expect Katie to divulge Sally’s shocker and leave Bill struggling to process it.

Bill will learn that Sally’s dying, but it’ll be hard for him to believe it. Sally’s always been such a firecracker – a real force to be reckoned with! The idea of Sally having a terminal illness will be tough for Bill to wrap his head around.

Nevertheless, Katie will confirm that it’s true. She’ll think it must be difficult for Sally, who’s always ready for a fight. Now Sally’s doctors are insisting she can’t win this one, so it’s a heartbreaking position for her to be in. Once Katie updates Bill, there’s a good chance he’ll encourage her to tell Wyatt. It may not be what Sally wants, but it’s what she needs.

Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) will be back on the scene. He’ll have some stern words for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who’s manipulating both Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Thomas will think he’s on the verge of getting what he wants, so he won’t particularly care about Vinny’s concerns.

Even so, Vinny will flip out over Thomas’ next step. He’ll hear what Thomas has in store and offer a warning about Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). He’ll want him to put Douglas first for a change, but Thomas will likely argue that it’ll all work out best for Douglas in the end.
