While I don’t think Poppy is a killer, her hidden connection could put her in the hot seat. Especially since Poppy lied to both Bill and Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) about Tom!

John Finnegan’s Change of Heart

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, July 23 reveal that Finn will still be reeling over the news about Sheila. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Steffy stand united in their belief that Sheila is guilty. Steffy is so convinced that Finn is on her side.

Steffy was really relieved when Finn told the cops to take Sheila in for questioning. However, Finn has a sudden change of heart. 

The man who told Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) to take Sheila in will not claim he believes in his bio mom’s innocence. This will shake Steffy to the core.
