B&B spoilers for Tuesday, March 28 reveal that Bill will continue his deceptive plan. Bill is determined to get Sheila to confess to multiple murders. Bill begun his scheme weeks ago and now Sheila isn’t sure which way is up. Meanwhile, all of Bill’s loved ones don’t understand his romantic entanglement with Sheila.
Bill will continue talking to Sheila about marriage. Even though Sheila isn’t sure she can trust Bill, she is willing to listen to what he has to say.

So, once Bill tells Sheila that he wants to marry her without a prenuptial agreement. Bill also informs Sheila that he has confessed all of his sins to her. Now, Bill wants the same thing in exchange, especially if he is going to marry Sheila without a prenup.

Sheila does start confessing to her murders. However, something isn’t quite right about this. Sheila is either confessing to crimes she’s already paid for, or these people aren’t dead to begin with. In Sheila’s mind, if those wrong names and details get out, then she knows Bill betrayed her. At the same time, if Sheila is just making up murders, then Sheila can’t be charged with anything.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, March 28 reveal that Katie is having a great time with Carter. While the two are happy and in love, it is also a new relationship. So, Carter and Katie will experience bumps in the road at some point.
In Tuesday’s episode, fans will see Brooke open up to Brooke about Carter. It is teased that Brooke will give Katie advice on what to do about her romantic dilemma.

I’m anxious to see how Sheila’s confession of murder will play out. Will Ridge and Bill be able to get a murder one charge against Sheila, or will they find out that her confession is a lie. Bill Spencer’s life could end up being in danger. I would like to see Sheila end up in prison or dead. I hope that they can get rid of Sheila once and for all times.
