Of course, Ridge will immediately suspect Brooke because of her CPS threat on the phone earlier. This will lead Ridge to confront Brooke and demand to know if she is the one who reported Thomas.

However, there is there a chance that Brooke isn’t the one who called Child Protective Services on Thomas? Could Brooke have planted the idea in Hope’s head after telling her the knife indicates Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) is in danger? It certainly is possible, especially with how Brooke made it sound.
