As Brooke worried about her husband and their marriage, Ridge went to go see his ex-wife.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Taylor tells Ridge that she loves him. It’s clear that Taylor is still in love with her ex, but she knows that he doesn’t feel the same way. As actress Krista Allen explained to Soap Opera Digest, Taylor knows the difference between loving someone and being in love.
Taylor tells Ridge that she loves him as a friend as is there for him. However, fans have to wonder if Taylor is being completely honest when she explains her love confession to Ridge. Even though she’s trying to be more emotionally honest, Taylor might also be afraid of getting hurt again.

So, what happens during the Christmas holidays? Ridge walked out on Brooke and went straight to Taylor, who blurts out a love confession. This doesn’t change anything, at least for the holidays. In Soap Opera Digest, a photo shows Ridge and Brooke sitting on a couch together. They both seem happy as Brooke is reading a book to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
