CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers and updates for Wednesday, July 29, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will finally get her opportunity to face Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and explain exactly why she chose to deceive him by faking a terminal illness. As B&B viewers know, Wyatt has just learned from Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) all about how Sally faked her illness and symptoms from the get-go, as a big ploy to get closer to Wyatt and to keep him away from Flo.
Wyatt is seriously peeved with Sally at this point, but Sally wants to tell her side of the story. It looks like Wyatt’s going to really grill Sally about why she chose to deceive him and make everyone worry about her needlessly. As B&B viewers will remember, Sally seriously used Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to further her plan, getting Katie to tell Wyatt all about her “illness.” Sally used Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), too.
Sally Spectra Collapses While Trying To Explain Herself To Wyatt Spencer
According to the Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Sally will get pretty emotional during her talk with Wyatt, and as she gets worked up, she’ll end up suffering a true medical emergency. We’ll see what happens on Wednesday’s episode, but Sally may start hyperventilating and having a major stress response, which would make sense since she was diagnosed with stress previously.
But soon, Sally will start to collapse, and it looks like she’ll totally keel over. Wyatt and Flo will probably just assume that Sally is faking symptoms again to get attention, but it looks like Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) will intervene and do a quick check on Sally, realizing that Sally is having a real medical emergency. It appears that Sally will become unconscious, and Wyatt, Flo, and Penny will suddenly freak out.
Ongoing B&B spoilers say that Sally will eventually be hauled off to the ER, and that she’ll be admitted and treated by Dr. Joyce Griffith (Lisa Canning). Sally may wind up with a real medical problem – perhaps explaining some of her questionable choices recently.
Steffy Forrester Wakes Up, Realizes The Extent Of Her Injuries
Next, on Wednesday’s new episode of B&B, Ridge will be overjoyed as Steffy wakes up from her unconscious state at the hospital. As B&B viewers know, Ridge has been by his daughter’s side begging her to return to him, and it looks like his pleas worked. Steffy has just come to, and soon Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will enter the room to examine Steffy.

Unfortunately for Steffy, she’ll quickly realize that she’s been involved in a terrible accident and that she’s in tremendous pain. Given that Steffy was thrown from her motorcycle in the accident, she’ll have some serious injuries, and soon B&B viewers as well as Steffy will learn that she suffered a sprained back and some fractured ribs.
Bill Spencer Gets Interrogated By Detective Alex Sanchez
Naturally, Ridge is going to be horrified to learn that his daughter is in pain and that she is so broken from colliding with Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) vehicle. And speaking of Bill, he’ll get grilled by Detective Alex Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) on Wednesday’s episode of B&B. Detective Sanchez is going to want a full account of what happened and whether any of this was intentional or the result of distracted driving.
It looks like we’re in for a great episode on Wednesday! Stay tuned to the CBS soap and don’t forget to check Celebrating The Soaps often for the latest Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, updates, and news.
