He also tries to process his guilt and everything that’s happened.

It will certainly be a test for him, though. Even though he’s no longer obsessed with Hope, he is still in love with her. Thomas will continue to go on his journey of being a man that his loved ones can be proud of. In fact, it is confirmed that Thomas does something to prove that he is trustworthy to his father.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester’s Faith

Even though Thomas wants to prove to certain family members that he’s a changed man, Ridge doesn’t require it. It is stated that Ridge has faith in his son already. Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Saimiri) trusts and feels safe with his father again. This will mean a lot to Thomas, as well as having Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) respect.

It also means the world to him that Hope leans on him, is beginning to trust him again, and believes in him. In fact, Hope’s opinion might mean more to Thomas than what anyone else thinks. This could end up helping Thomas be a better man. At the same time, it could also send him back to being obsessed with Hope. We will just have to wait and see what happens.
