The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers indicate there’s another mystery surrounding Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) parentage.

As fans know Shiela Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is Finn’s birth mother. The revelation is made when Sheila returns for her son’s wedding to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Sheila’s arrival means drama for the newlyweds along with the rest of the Forrester family.

It also leaves another big question to be solved. Who is Finn’s biological father?

With the secret out, Jack will have a lot of explaining to do. Odds are his wife Li isn’t going to be happy with what he has to say.

Spoilers suggest that Jack and Li will face problems in their marriage. That problem could be Jack confessing to an affair with Sheila, which resulted in Finn’s conception. When the baby was born Jack took the boy from Sheila so he and Li could raise him.

Jack’s deception will undoubtedly lead to conflict in his relationship with his wife and son.

B&B Spoilers – John Finn Finnegan Is Sheila’Carter’s Other Child With James

As longtime B&B viewers will remember, Sheila was married to Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan). During their relationship, Sheila gave birth to a daughter Mary Warwick (formerly Courtnee Draper). After their divorce, Sheila fled town with Mary. However, eventually Mary would be reunited with her dad.

It’s not known what happened to Sheila during her brief absence when she was on the run with Mary. There’s a possibility when Sheila left she was pregnant with James’ second child. Then when Sheila was arrested for one of her many crimes, the baby was taken away and put up for adoption.

James was last seen in 2017 during Sheila’s brief return when she threatened to blackmail her ex. Since then there’s been no mention of the character. But with him possibly being Finn’s father, this is the perfect time to bring him back.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Could Eric Forrester Be The Dad?

Although fans don’t want this scenario, it can’t be ruled out as a possibility. Finn’s dad could very well be Sheila’s ex-husband Eric Forrester (John McCook). Sheila has always loved Eric, and during their marriage she wanted to have a child with him.

Unfortunately Sheila never saw her dream of having Eric’s child. Or did she?

Sheila’s manipulative and nothing will stop her from getting what she wants. If Sheila wanted to have Eric’s baby, she could’ve found a way to do it while keeping it a secret.

The Bold and the Beautiful fans are hoping the show doesn’t go this route because it’s mean they’re related. However, Steffy’s dad Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t Eric’s biological son, which means Steffy and Finn wouldn’t be blood related.
