The idea that he will purchase Il Giardino and transform it into Deacon’s Place is not preposterous, as Sheila may have given him access to cash based on the assets she claimed to have when first pushing her way into his modest home.

Poetic justice would have Finn physically capture his mother. Ideally, he would fake her out while working with Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin).
Steffy would be in on the above. She was the target of two bullets and is the most motivated person on earth, including her husband, to hold Sheila accountable for her crimes.
Jack Finnegan (Ted King) has not been seen in months. He is also highly motivated to make sure the unintended mother of his son receives justice, as is Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda).

Of course, any character who has ever crossed paths with Sheila could prove to be her undoing. Alternatively, she could happen upon a stranger and see that person turn her in to the authorities.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Who Does Sheila Carter Become Next?
Steffy confronted Sheila in a non-Lina disguise. The particulars of Sheila’s getup imply that she has multiple other methods of cloaking her identity, potentially going beyond wigs, facial masks, blue eye contacts, and oversized glasses.
Sheila appeared to have a deeper and darker getaway plan. The way she stared into the mirror, wherever she was staying, indicated that a transformation was coming.
Brown’s character ominously told Deacon they will not know who they are looking for. The first and second means the authorities and her enemies.
