The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) days may not be numbered.

As fans know Sally has been suffering from dizziness, headaches, and trembling in her hands. This week Sally learns that her condition is terminal and she doesn’t have much longer to live.

According to the doctor, Sally only has a month left to live. This is heartbreaking news for the redhead, who’s been through so much already.  Fans are upset with the news and are bracing themselves for Sally’s death.  However, fans shouldn’t give up hope just yet.

As we’ve seen with plenty of soap operas in the past, a character will be diagnosed with a terminal illness, then make a miraculous recovery.

B&B fans are hoping the same can be done for Sally, and maybe they’ll get their wish.

Sally’s current storyline saw Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) dump her so he can be with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). But upon learning about Sally’s illness, Wyatt will feel a need to return to Sally.

With not much time left, Wyatt will want to spend every moment with Sally. He feels guilty over the way things ended between them and wishes they had more time together.  Well, that’s exactly what will happen if a treatment is discovered.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Will There Be A Miracle?

Even though the doctor said nothing can be done, there’s always a miracle waiting. The Forrester and the Spencer families are going to be stunned to learn of Sally’s illness and want to do anything to help. Wyatt’s father Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has plenty of resources and could pull some strings to help Sally.

Bill and Sally haven’t gotten along in the past, but now he’s got sympathy for her after learning she’s dying. Bill wants to do whatever he can to help Sally; he feels that he owes her after the pain he’s put her through. Using his connections, Billy could find a new doctor to help Sally and they could find a potential cure for her condition.
