After Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) exposed Thomas for being a fraud and obsessed with her, Thomas did bump his head on a desk and that is what we are led to believe brought out the extreme crazy in him.
According to fans, the Hope doll was the best B&B storyline in 2020, who could not love the on-screen chemistry and superb acting by both Thomas and Hope.

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that fans have flocked to social media to voice they’re wanting the Hope doll back, one said, “The show lacks a real villain since they’re trying to redeem Thomas. If they aren’t going to address this opening … bring back Hope Mannequin!!!,” and another “The Hope real doll was the #1 TV debut of 2020 in my opinion; her and Thomas definitely had some awesome on-screen chemistry.
