However, it’s not just any dinner party. The COO has a romantic secret planned and it’s really going to leave Zoe surprised… as well as speechless.

With the teaser from Soap Opera Digest that one man proposes, some people are assuming it’s Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). However, we think it’s Carter and that is his surprise for the dinner party.
