The Bold And The Beautiful Star Katherine Kelly Long Reflects On When Brooke And Sheila Were Besties

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) weren’t always enemies. In fact, Lang told Soap Hub that once upon a time, the two characters were close friends.
It’s hard to imagine Sheila and Brooke being friends. But decades ago, they were. This, of course, was way before Sheila shot Brooke.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Star Talks Sheila Carter

When Brooke married Eric Forrester (John McCook), she was a chemist. However, Eric wanted to give her a job at his company, so he placed her in the Forrester lab to invent a revolutionary product called BeLieF. We know that Brooke worked at FC lab to get close to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye).

Eric’s gamble paid off. She created a solution that, when applied to linen, made the fabric crease free. Her invention was ground-breaking. Once the word got out about it, the fashion industry wanted her solution.

But there was a problem. Because she wasn’t a Forrester Creations employee, Brooke believed the company didn’t own the rights to her solution. As it turns out, she was right.

Instead of celebrating her success with Eric, she got together with Ridge to celebrate.

One thing led to another, and they made love on the lab floor. Ridge and Brooke’s tryst ended her marriage with Eric. Ultimately, Brooke walked away with 51% of Forrester’s stock.

“Ridge wasn’t helping her do anything [to help],” Lang tells Soap Hub. “Once Brooke discovered [BeLieF], she brought Ridge in, and then, of course, they ended up making love on the [lab] floor. But he had nothing to do with making BeLieF,” Katherine Kelly Lang shared with Soap hub.

B&B Spoilers —How Does Sheila Carter Factor In?

As Brooke handled her solution’s business, she needed someone to become the buffer between her and the Forresters. She chose Eric’s then-wife, Sheila Carter. Lang said that Sheila was an excellent liaison, but it was over way too soon. She wished it would have lasted longer but admitted it was fun while it lasted.

Sheila is still causing trouble on B&B. Now, she lives with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and plans to reconnect with her son. There’s no telling what’s ahead for Sheila, but Lang shares that she thoroughly enjoyed the brief time when the evil redhead was her best friend.
