The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that they’ll hear Liam basically layout the way that Thomas is using both Zoe and Douglas Forrester (Henry Jospeh Samiri) to manipulate his way into an eventual relationship with Hope. That will stun Zoe, and Hope will be livid about the whole thing. While Zoe quizzes Thomas about whether any of this is true, Hope will confront Liam and let him have it.
Hope Logan Calls Out Liam Spencer For His Cheating
During Hope and Liam’s argument, Liam will again layout just how Thomas is manipulating Hope, and he’ll note that Hope is falling for it. But Hope will fire back that even if she were with Thomas, at least she’d know that he wasn’t out kissing other women behind her back. That will pretty much leave Liam defenseless.
Later, Liam will try to get through to Zoe and get her to see that Thomas is up to no good. He’ll tell Zoe point-blank that Thomas is using her, but Zoe just won’t buy it. She’ll note that Thomas has been sincere and very loving and gracious toward her, and she’ll insist that she doesn’t think that Hope is even on Thomas’ radar anymore.
Thomas Forrester Promises To Keep Manipulating To Get What He Wants

Meanwhile, Thomas will tell someone during the week of February 17-21 that he’ll push every button he has to in order to get Hope. He’ll likely be talking to his buddy Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) or to Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), each of whom is aware of his grand plan to get Hope for himself. He’ll also get confronted by Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) about trying to exploit Hope and Douglas’ feelings, but it doesn’t look like Thomas will take heed of any of Brooke’s warnings.
Thomas will continue to try to provoke reactions out of Douglas as the week of February 17-21 continues on the Bold and the Beautiful. B&B spoilers say that he’ll send an unwitting Douglas with an important message for Hope, which is likely that he wants his Mommy and Daddy back together again. As B&B viewers know, Douglas is afraid that he’s going to lose Hope as his Mommy now that Thomas is with Zoe…which is exactly the way Thomas wants it.
Thomas Forrester Proposes To Zoe Buckingham During Forrester Family Dinner
Thomas will continue on with his manipulation during a Forrester family dinner that he’ll arrange. According to B&B spoilers, Thomas will use the opportunity to propose marriage to Zoe, which should certainly take everyone at the dinner by surprise…and that will be precisely the point. The whole thing will be designed to get a response out of Douglas so that Hope’s maternal instincts kick in.

Thomas wants Hope to realize that Douglas’ needs are best served if the two of them are a couple. And it looks like what she’s going to be faced with is a seriously upset Douglas, who will be reeling from his father’s proposal to Zoe. Douglas will come to Hope with an emotional plea, and he’ll also reveal a secret that he’s been keeping. Will he tell Hope that he secretly wants her back with his father? Or will he spill another secret?
At any rate, it looks like Zoe isn’t going to give Thomas an immediate “yes” on his proposal. B&B spoilers for the week of February 17-21 say that she’ll make a public request of Thomas before she’ll even consider saying yes. We’ll see exactly what her request ends up being.
Other B&B spoilers indicate that Brooke and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) might make some inroads on their marriage. They’ll at least agree to some terms regarding Brooke possibly forgiving Thomas, so that’s a start in the right direction. At least it doesn’t look like Ridge is going to be filing those divorce papers anytime this coming week.
Flo Fulton Comforts A Distraught Wyatt Spencer As He Struggles To Process Sally Spectra’s Terminal Condition
Next, during the week of February 17-21. Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will comfort Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) as he tries to process the terrible news that he’s facing about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). As B&B viewers know, Sally is facing a terminal illness, and Flo seems to want him to go to Sally and offer his support during Sally’s final days.
Of course, it’s a complicated situation, since Wyatt knows about Sally’s condition, but Sally doesn’t know that Wyatt knows. He found out from Katie Logan (Heather Tom), who will be struggling this week about whether she did the right thing by spilling the beans to Wyatt. At any rate, Wyatt will struggle as he tries to figure out how to proceed.
Wyatt Spencer Makes A Sacrifice For Sally Spectra
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Wyatt will make a big sacrifice for Sally during the week of February 17-21, so it’s possible that he’ll decide to get back together with Sally without letting her know that he knows about her condition. We’ll see what happens here, but something big will be going down with Wyatt and Sally this week, so it looks like Flo could step aside.
