According to B&B spoilers, someone could be lurking in the shadows and spot the racy kiss. Our money is on Bill Spencer and Katie Logan’s son Will Jr (Crew Morrow).
Just last week he met his new sister Luna Nozawa, and this week he walks in on her kissing their dad?! He may need some extensive therapy after this.
The second and obvious possibility would be Bill Spencer’s ex-wife Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Katie can’t stop checking up on her husband after his girlfriend was arrested, she may let herself in to the Spencer Mansion and get an eyeful.
