The Bold & The Beautiful (B&B) Spoilers And Recap Wednesday, August 11: Sheila Pleads Her Case

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Wednesday, August 11, 2021 opens at the Forrester mansion where Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) tries to convince the wedding guests that she is part of the family since she gave birth to Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). She’s thrilled that she got to meet her son today and gained a daughter.

Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) calls Sheila on her lies. Sheila manipulated Finn into “introducing” her to the Forrester’s. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) finds it an incredible coincidence that Sheila’s son chose to marry a Forrester. Ridge grills Finn about whether he used Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and planned the wedding to be interrupted by Sheila. Finn swears he’s never met Sheila. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) says she and her son knew nothing about his birth mother. Eric Forrester (Forrester (John McCook) laments that Finn would have been better off if he’d never known the truth.

Sheila claims she snuck into the guesthouse so as not to make a scene and wish her son well. Li accuses Sheila of ambushing Finn on his wedding day. Jack Finnegan (Ted King) says Sheila came to him when Finn was a baby. Li wonders why Jack didn’t tell her the truth, especially if he was suspicious of Sheila. Jack didn’t want to burden Li. Ridge is incensed that Jack knew that the lunatic obsessed with his family was Finn’s birth mother and said nothing. Jack says he prayed Sheila wouldn’t show up because he knew she wasn’t well. Jack never knew the full extent of Sheila’s misdeeds.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) take Beth and Kelly Spencer home when things get too intense. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) promises to look after Hayes Forrester Finnegan until Sheila leaves. When Sheila asks to see Hayes, Steffy bans her from saying the infant’s name. She asks Hope and Liam to take the girls out down the back stairs.

Eric says protective measures are necessary because Thomas would have died an infant if Sheila had had her way. Ridge says that Sheila would have harmed Thomas in order to stick it to Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery). Ridge promises to reveal every gory detail about Sheila. Ridge says Sheila should be in prison. Finn learns Sheila’s dark and sordid history.

B&B Spoilers – Sheila Carter Is Exposed

Sheila blasts the family for never holding Stephanie accountable. The family will paint her as an evil, horrible person and that she only acted out because Stephanie hated her. She claims she’s not that person anymore.

Eric knows Sheila loved him in her own toxic way but she’s a sick person. Eric says Sheila tried to drown, shoot, and poison Stephanie and left her for dead. Eric leans against Ridge for support.

Finn tries to wrap his head around the terror and crimes committed by his birth mother. He hopes that Sheila has turned over a new leaf, now that she paid for her crimes. Steffy says her husband will never understand what Sheila has taken from her. Sheila shot her mother and took her away from them. Finn is stunned that his birth mother tried to kill his wife’s mother.

Sheila claims she shot Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) accidentally when she tried to grab a gun Sheila had pointed at Brooke. Brooke says Sheila shot her and Taylor that night. Sheila is obsessed and desperate to be a part of the family. Steffy lays down the law. Finn’s mother or not, Sheila will never be part of their family. Finn goes against his wife’s wishes and says that Sheila will be a part of their lives because she’s his mother.

Sheila claims they’ll never break her bond with the son she birthed. Steffy comes to the horrifying realization that her son has Sheila’s blood. Steffy says Sheila doesn’t care about Finn. She came to create chaos, but she won’t spoil Steffy’s marriage. Steffy slaps Sheila. She never wants to see her face again. Sheila recovers and smiles at her daughter-in-law.

At Forrester Creations, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) wonders why Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) rejected a hot photo of herself in a bikini. If Donna is trying to make Eric feel better, she should include it in the photo collection she’s making for him. Katie notes that not every ex-wife would be as kind to Eric as Donna has been. They cut Sheila’s face out of her wedding photo with Eric. They hope that Sheila is just a bad memory.
