The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Carter Walton Is Appalled
Since this is the eavesdropping soap where everyone listens in on everything they are not supposed to, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) first heard Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) profess his undying love to Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). As soon as she turned him down flat, Carter then heard Bill do the same with Katie Logan (Heather Tom) not five minutes later.
Thankfully, Katie has a bit of self-respect, unlike her sisters, and also turned him down flat, leaving Bill and lonely and dejected man. He still seems to have as little direction in life as he did last summer when he found Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) in an alley looking all disheveled and nothing like herself. We have no idea why the soap didn’t pursue a relationship between Bill and Li, but maybe that is still on its way.
B&B Spoilers – Why Bill Spencer And Li Finnegan Can Still Work
With Bill pining over Brooke and Katie ad nauseum and even warning Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kana) that he IS Dollar Bill Spencer and there is no beating him when it comes to getting the girl, Bill has looked awfully pathetic Bill has looked awfully pathetic of late. We didn’t even think Li was still in town and existed for him on the canvas but then she showed up as one of two guests at the Taylor Hayes and Ridge Forrester’s disaster of a wedding looking as lovely as ever.

Bill is lonely, Li is single, the pair have a connection, so why are we not seeing more of them instead of the same old, same old with Bill pursuing Brooke and Katie? The next thing we know, he’ll go after Steffy Forrester Finnegan again, as they seem to be his greatest hits.
One way to invigorate the character is to pair him with someone new and Li really does fit the bill, so to speak. She is no pushover and that’s exactly what Bill needs. Hopefully, the soap still decides to go in that direction or we will feel like we are getting that sense of deja vu all over again.
