The lawyer became entangled in the storyline regarding Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) wanting back her baby, who was given up for adoption when she was jailed. Forrester Creations was going through some issues with patents and counterfeit designs, which is how Carter ended up at the company.

Carter has been played by Lawrence Saint-Victor since the character was introduced. The actor continues to portray the Forrester Creations COO. Although Carter isn’t perfect and has made mistakes, he is considered to be a good, moral man who can never seem to find true love.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that right now, Carter seems to be interested in Katie Logan (Heather Tom). However, Carter also seems to have sparks with Paris Buckingham (Diamond White), despite her being in a relationship with Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). Carter did admit to Paris that he seems to always go after women who are not truly available. Even though Katie is single, fans know that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) hasn’t given up on getting her back.

Before Katie, Carter had an affair with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer), who is married to Eric Forrester (John McCook). Then, there was Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). Carter and Zoe were engaged, but then Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) caught the model trying to seduce Zende. Even though the couple got back together, the truth about “Quarter” eventually came out.
