In the soap opera, Steffy is married to John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). However, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) still has feelings for her. Steffy and Liam do have a daughter together, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay).

Steffy also has a child with her current husband, Finn. That child’s name is Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks). The little boy is named after his maternal grandmother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).
