Abi will make a mistake, though, when she vents about the court system to a woman. This woman isn’t a stranger but turns out to be the judge in Abi’s custody case. Has Abi ruined her chances of getting custody of her baby?

Coronation Street Spoilers – Toyah Habeeb’s Arrest

Corrie spoilers reveal that Toyah is not only grieving but dealing with a lot of questions from police regarding Imran Habeeb’s (Charlie de Melo) death. While Toyah was being interrogated, she remained a free woman. At least, until Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson) told the police about Toyah’s threat to kill Imran and said it sounded like a threat.

Things got even more complicated for Toyah when the police recovered the voicemail from Imran. As fans recall, Toyah heard the voicemail after she got home from the hospital. Toyah deleted it, but the police were able to restore it. So, things aren’t looking too good for her right now.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Custody Battle

Abi is trying to get custody of Alfie Franklin (Carter and Oakley Razak Townsend). Once the police learned about Toyah being suspected of causing Imran’s death, both the children were taken from the residence.

Abi hoped that she could take care of Alfie, especially since Imran lied in court. However, the court still needs to make sure that Abi is able to properly take care of a child.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Abi Webster’s Mistake

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that on Friday, June 17, Abi will be in the court waiting room. Abi starts venting about the justice system to a woman that is nearby. Abi assumes this is just a random woman and just like her, is waiting for her moment in court. However, Abi realizes how wrong she is when court begins.

The woman turns out to the judge who will decide on Abi’s custody hearing. Abi thinks that she has ruined any chance of getting custody of Alfie. Plus, it doesn’t help that the local authority solicitor starts rambling off a huge list of all of Abi’s failings as a mother. Then, the solicitor recommends that Alfie stay in care.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Judge’s Verdict

However, Abi gets bittersweet news. While she isn’t given custody of Alfie, she doesn’t continue to be separated from him either. The judge rules that Abi and Alfie both stay together in a baby foster facility. There, she will be observed with Alfie and accessed. However, will it be determined that Abi should have custody of her son? Or are the odds stacked against her?
