One day, he sent Sarah to the hospital after the latter found blood discharge during pregnancy. As they were in the doctor’s office, they decided to have a paternity test to know who the real father of the unborn child was.

While waiting for the results, Adam got anxious and voiced his doubts about his wife. As she tried to calm the man down, Sarah assured her husband that he is the father of her baby after she got the results online.

However, the truth was Sarah didn’t receive any DNA results. She was just finding ways to save Adam from another panic attack.

During his recent interview, Sam Robertson shared his thoughts about his character. He stated how his character looked forward to having a great family life with Sarah, but after his wife’s affair with the villain, Adam is now facing painful possibilities.

“He’s been a good stepdad to Harry but that’s a totally different set of circumstances and I can’t see Adam being able to accept it, staying with Sarah and bringing up a child that’s Damon’s,” the actor told Metro.co.uk.

Adam Barlow Requests for a Written DNA Confirmation

In the upcoming scenes of “Coronation Street,” the couple heads back to the hospital for an ultrasound and a test for genetic diseases.

While Adam and Gail are confident about their family’s health background, Sarah starts to get nervous knowing that Damon could be the baby’s father. The lawyer spots his wife’s reaction and gets more tense when Daniel asks him about the scan.

As his doubts grow even more, Adam makes his way to the clinic and requests a written DNA confirmation. Later that week, Sarah arrives home and finds her husband holding the paternity test result.

The woman tries to compose herself as Adam reads the letter. Meanwhile, the man shows a smile on his face as the result proves that he is the father of the baby.

Before the day ends, Adam approaches Ken and Daniel and tells them the good news. He then plans to throw a surprise gender reveal party for Sarah. Will this be the start of their much better lives?
