Coronation Street Spoilers: Corrie Tribute To Rana Conner – Fans Remembers Favorite Character

Coronation Street twitter recently paid tribute to the character of Rana Conner (Bhavna Limbachia) one year after her tragic on-screen death. Rana Conner died in March of last year because of Gary Windass (Mikey North). He had sabotaged the roof of the Underworld factory, and she happened to be the victim of his decision. This, however, Gary has been able to keep his involvement in the death of Rana a secret from his loved ones and from Kate. She died on the day that she was supposed to be married to Kate. She died in the arms of Kate that day after exchanging vows with one another.

The episode that aired on the 18th of March marked the one-year anniversary of her death. In the episode that aired on Wednesday, viewers saw that Alya Nazar (Sair Khan) stumbled on a post made by Kate Conner (Fay Brookes), who was the wife of Rana before her death. The post was made in remembrance of Rana and marked the date of the day she died.

Alongside the picture she posted, she wrote, “I’ll never forget you. I can’t believe it’s been a year. X.” This was also posted to the Coronation Street twitter as well, and this allowed fans also to remember the death of Rana Conner. Under the Twitter post, many viewers and supporters of the character commented in remembrance of Rana and expressed how much they missed her on the show. Some even expressed how much they missed Kate being on the show. Many of the posts mentioned that Kate and Rana were always meant to be.

On the other hand, Alya, an old friend of Rana, is trying to help her grandmother escape from the grasp of manipulative Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew). Geoff has gone further in his manipulation as he left Yasmeen Nazar (Shelley King) alone after calling her disgusting and putting her down. Then he met up with another woman and paid for everything with Yasmeen’s money.
