David has been going on a downward spiral ever since he found out that his wife, Shona Ramsey (Julia Goulding), decided to ask for a divorce from their marriage. Coronation Street Spoilers – David Platt Puts Himself in Danger

After getting into an argument with Gail Platt (Helen Worth), David found himself in some trouble after he bumped into some muggers. In the process of getting mugged, he was able to escape, but it seems that he enjoyed being stuck in that situation. Afterward, it seemed like he changed for the better as he made peace with Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) by apologizing for his behavior. Even his family felt like he had made a turn for the best in his behavior since he was in a much better place the next day. However, it seems that his behavior change may not be for the best as he may have found a new unhealthy and dangerous way to fill the emptiness that he feels.

However, later that day, he goes to the train station and bumps into a random person. When confronted by the guy he bumped into, he taunted him like he wanted to get upset with him.

This could mean that David realized that he got a thrill out of being in danger, which will lead him into putting himself into danger in order to get that thrill back into his life. This may cause problems for him in the future as he may put himself into a lot of trouble. However, will anybody be able to notice his behavior and stop him before he goes too far?
