It looks like this star is about to do a major British soap crossover. New reports say that Emmerdale alumni Ryan Prescott is about to make his big debut on Coronation Street as the brand new Ryan Connor.
As many soap fans can recall, Ryan played Aaron’s love interest Flynn Buchanan on Emmerdale. And now Ryan will be making his way to Weatherfield to play Ryan Connor as the highly-rated series is looking to revisit Michelle’s (Kym Marsh) baby swap storyline.

Michelle Connor, who has been dealing with plenty of drama of her own, raised Ryan as her own son. But she found out about ten years ago that he was in fact not her biological son. Her real son, Ali Neeson, (James Burrows) has recently been re-introduced to the series. A lot of viewers can expect quite the rivalry between Ryan and Ali as they will most likely fight for their mother’s attention.
Ali isn’t the only person that Ryan will be going head-to-head with. As a matter of fact, Ryan was spotted on the set of Coronation Street filming what looked like some pretty heated scenes between him and Michelle’s fiancé, Robert Preston (Tristan Gemmill). Apparently, Robert could be heard shouting Ryan’s name after he was spotted at his house with none other than Daniel Osbourne. (Rob Mallard) Clearly, Ryan is looking to stir a few problems before Michelle’s wedding, which is the last thing she wants to see right now. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
