In fact, while rushing off with her babies, she nearly gets hit by a car. This only makes her even more insecure about being a proper parent. This is multiplied even further when a police officer says that it’s clear Gemma has been drinking.

Hopefully, Gemma will end up getting the help she needs, not just for herself, but for her quadruplets as well.
