Coronation Street spoilers and updates reveal there is so much intensity in the air as the court trial for late Seb Franklin’s murder case is nearing its end in “Coronation Street.”

Spoilers reveal that Seb’s (Harry Visinoni) mother Abi Franklin (Sally Carman) gets emotional in despair that the jury will side with Corey.

Gang leader Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) alongside accomplice Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) had already shared their versions of the attack.

Despite Kelly’s revelation that it was Corey who kicked Seb to death, Corey’s barrister Sabeen (Zora Bishop) made it look like Kelly was the real culprit who was trying to impress Corey.

When it’s time for Imran (Charlie De Melo) and Sabeen to deliver their closing speeches, Abi’s overwhelmed by how the trial is favoring Corey, with her emotions getting the better of her, Abi yells at the jury not to trust Corey.

Coronation Street Spoilers  – Abi Franklin Unearths Stefan’s Bribery

Abi gets hysterical as the court trial ends because she has discovered something that could affect Corey’s sentence.

Abi spotted a mysterious man during the court trial when it was Corey’s time to take the stand and put all the blame on Kelly with his lad Eli Higginson (Liam Scholes) supporting his version.

Believing that something was not right, Abi vowed to find proof Stefan has been using his wealth to turn the trial in favor of his son.

After accusing Stefan (Paul Opacic) that he paid witnesses to testify with Corey, Abi turned to social media to start her investigation.

She swiftly discovered that the mystery man was Eli’s father, Christian (Ronan Holdsworth) who had just announced a new job two weeks ago.

Abi believed this was a form of bribery and when Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) suggested it might have only been a coincidence, Abi insisted it would be impossible for a delivery driver to be promoted as a senior logistics consultant at Corey’s dad’s company.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Nina Lucas Wears Veil To Court In Tribute To Seb Franklin

Corrie’s spoiler video shows that Seb’s bereaved girlfriend Nina Lucas, who recently reunited with her gothic lifestyle, is stitching her own veil to be used during the courts’ sentencing.

“I’m going to wear it to the verdict to remind people what this is really about,” she tells Roy after explaining what she’s stitching.

“It’s not just about putting people in prison, or laws or arguments or lies, it’s about Seb. My Seb,” she added.

Roy Cropper (David Neilson) also struggles with the wait and closes the cafe while being “in the hands of the jury”.
