Coronation Street: spoilers, news, and updates tease that fans have finally seen Izzy return to the cobbles. Cherylee Houston’s alter ego made a brief appearance on the episode that aired on January 11.

After a long hiatus, Izzy has finally returned to the Cobbles! Coronation Street welcomed back Cherylee Houston’s character, whom viewers haven’t seen on their screens in person since 2020. Despite the delays brought about by the pandemic, her latest appearance marks her first in years.

She may have been absent for quite some time, but her name has often been mentioned. It was previously mentioned that it was at home, but now neighbors got to interact with her once again. She and Gary Windass (Mikey North) were talking at the pub as she wanted to have Jake stay with her for a few days.

Gary also told her to “pull back” after what she encountered involving the extremist group. It was previously mentioned that Houston resumed filming again before the holidays and is not back for a full-time gig. The actress had no choice but to stay at home during the COVID pandemic because she has a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Daniel is poised to take a rather unconventional step in his assistance with Daisy’s wedding planning – by secretly contacting old friends, unbeknownst to the bride-to-be. However, there may be a reason why Daisy is carefully choosing who she wants to be present during her wedding. Will she be surprised and pleased or shocked at her fiancé’s actions?

It’s been revealed that most of Daisy’s invited guests would be her fellow social media influencers. She explained that she lost touch with her real-life childhood friends, but she didn’t give too many details about it. Daniel has no clue why Daisy decided that way, and he’ll continue his quest to find and invite her old friends. Jenny also thinks that it’s a wonderful idea. However, she has no idea if Daisy will be pleased with Daniel’s surprise or not.
