Coronation Street Spoilers: Laura Neelan Confronts Gary Windass About Rick’s Death

Coronation Street spoilers have hinted that Laura Neelan will finally get to connect the dots behind her late husband’s death and confronts Gary Windass for his crimes.

Laura (Kel Allen) is on a mission to solve Rick’s (Greg Wood) mysterious death after learning that she only has a few months left because of her stomach cancer. She’s a step closer to knowing the truth because Rick’s murderer Gary (Mikey North) is currently fostering her daughter Kelly (Millie Gibson) to atone for his sins.

Gary has been hiding the truth from the Weatherfield residents for over three years already, which saw him transferring Rick’s body nearby when some of his neighbors tried to find treasure in the woods.

However, the clock is ticking for the former loan shark as Laura hires a personal investigator to quiz him about Rick’s whereabouts as he’s the only remaining connection to him.

Next week in the ITV soap, Laura’s PI focuses on Gary by throwing difficult questions at him which sees him getting anxious. Will he let slip that he is the criminal?

‘Coronation Street’ – Gary Fears The Worst

Gary will spend the upcoming days troubled after his wife Maria (Samia Longchambon) informs him that Weatherfield County will have a new training ground. This comes after her environmental campaign bears fruit and when she shows Gary the picture of the new location, he knows he’s doomed.

Gary confesses to Maria that he hid Rick’s remains in that area in 2020 and now he needs to move it again. But his luck runs out when a security guard hampers his evil plans when he tries to break into the site, warning him that he’s caught in the CCTV if he refuses to go away.

Later, Gary fears the worst as police and forensics swarm the area, having found the gangster’s body. Meanwhile, Laura’s PI suspects Gary of murder, explaining that he can’t track down Rick and that all evidence suggests he’s already dead.

Laura confronts Gary at the flat but will she get what she needs?

New Corrie spoilers showed Gary will comfort Kelly in heartbreaking scenes as she mourns for her father’s death in what seems to be Rick’s funeral.

The snaps obtained by Manchester Evening News revealed that Corrie stars Millie, Sami, and Mikey have filmed in the graveyard at the church. Kelly has been snapped crying while Gary stands beside her comforting her.
