Meanwhile, Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) charms Debbie during her visit, pulling at her emotions until she agrees to give him more money-Sally overhears and bluntly tells Debbie that Carl is using her.
Debbie defends him but senses something is off-back in her cell, she worries about her son and her worsening dementia, telling Lou she can’t stand the thought of spending her last months in prison. Lou calls Sally to express how down Debbie is feeling – and she’s angry about the betrayal.

Sleepless nights follow as Connie cries, forcing Carla, Lisa, Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), and Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) to adapt to a new routine. Later, Carla gently bounces Connie on her knee while they watch TV, and Lisa wonders if a breakthrough is coming.

What motivated her to target her neighbors?-meanwhile, at the hospital, the mother from earlier approaches Jodie once more, inquiring about “her daughter.”
As Jodie discusses Harper’s surgery, she suddenly freezes, realizing that Shona is standing right behind her.
