Coronation Street Spoilers: Max Turner Gets Involved In Amy Drink Spiking Horror

Coronation Street spoilers have teased that the troublemaker Max Turner places himself in another trouble following Amy Barlow’s drink spiking incident.

Next week in the long-running ITV soap, Amy (Elle Mulvaney) tries a fun adult night at the club with friends after her secret boyfriend Jacob Hay (Jack James Ryan) suggested. The girls Amy, Asha (Tanisha Gorey), and Summer (Harriet Bibby), alongside Aadi (Adam Hussain), meet up with Jacob outside the club after the Valentine’s Dance at school. However, their nightclub outing turns horrifying when Amy collapses and ends badly in the hospital.

‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers – Tainted Reputation

Amy’s father Steve (Simon Gregson) is convinced Jacob is to be blamed for the drugging because of his tainted reputation on the cobbles having been involved with the drug lord Harvey Gaskell (Will Mellor). Their encounter leads Jacob to reveal his secret relationship with Amy, assuring him that there’s no way would he risk her life, but it makes the situation worse as Steve wants him away from the family forever.

When it’s confirmed there’s GBH in Amy’s system, Jacob tells her friends that he suspects she must have been drugged before they went to the club. Amy’s parents are also told someone who put their child in the recovery position saved her, and although Asha reveals it was Jacob, Steve is not moved.

Fortunately, Corrie revealed that Max Turner, who’s fond of taking videos was present at the school’s Valentine’s Dance and have filmed the scene. Will he help solve the case?

Max, the villainous teenager, has gained more haters for wreaking havoc on the cobbles by filming the sinkhole incident, publicly humiliating teacher Daniel (Rob Mallard) by accusing him of an affair with Summer and getting involved in an upskirting harassment in Weatherfield High. His latest rift with Daniel saw him trashing his flat and getting hospitalized after the teacher pushed him down the stairs.

But he might redeem himself in upcoming episodes when he reveals he has filmed the school’s Valentine’s Dance where they suspect Amy was drugged.

His adoptive father David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) informs him he’s going to study from home in the meantime with the culprit still haven’t been identified. David pressures Daniel into making the school investigate the incident and the teacher tells Max to download the camera footage.

But what Max sees on the footage shocks him and soon enough he faces the police to give the piece of evidence.
