Coronation Street Spoilers: Michael Bailey Wants Grace Vickers Back

Coronation Street spoilers have revealed that Michael Bailey will want her ex Grace Vickers back on the cobbles which will worry her parents after their secret deal with her.

Next week on the ITV soap, Aggie and Ed (Trevor Michael Georges) are feeling threatened after their son Michael (Ryan Russell) announces his plans on finding his ex-partner Grace (Kate Spencer).

The drama plays out when baby Glory’s nursery requires a selection of family photos but Michael can’t find the picture with Grace from his bag because her mom, Aggie (Lorna Laidlaw) has removed it. This annoys him as he believes that the mother of his child will be back one day, oblivious to the fact that it was actually his parents who helped her move away.

The wayward mom left the cobbles last December after Aggie found out that she left the child alone in the house for her to enjoy her life living like a single person. During their confrontation, Grace admitted she’s not happy being a mom and offers a proposal involving a huge sum of money. Michael isn’t aware that with £20,000 from his parents’ pockets, Grace agreed to stay away from the family after troubling them through her numerous blackmailing and demands.

Unaware that Grace has no plans of returning to Weatherfield after signing over parental rights to Glory to Michael, the patriarch insists to his parents that the child deserves to have a complete family. He comes with a plan to track her down on the internet but will he succeed? Will his parents sabotage his plans?

Michael wants Grace to be present at baby Glory’s upcoming birthday party and so he searches for her online to find any leads.

Aggie and Ed’s only hope is that Grace will keep her word after she received the money and never reconnect with the family. Later in the week, their fears prove futile when Michael gives up on his mission because he can’t find anything on the internet. But will they be able to keep their secret forever?

Michael’s uncle Ronnie (Vinta Morgan) comforts him by suggesting they celebrate a big party for Glory’s first birthday at the Bistro.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Grace Vickers Return?

While Michael believes that it’s best that Grace returns, his on-screen mother’s portrayer actress Lorna Laidlaw is convinced Grace “isn’t doing anyone any favours by doing that.”

“But Grace is quite toxic and as much as the Baileys have tried to support Grace as much as they can, it has never really worked out because her motives are not to be a part of the family, her motive is to be with Michael full stop,” she told Digital Spy.
