Meanwhile, Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) and Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) unexpectedly run into each other in the Freshco parking lot. Alina reveals that she’s back briefly to testify in a human trafficking trial.

Although she has no plans to stick around, Fiz contemplates whether to inform Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) about his ex’s return.

Stu offers shelter but Mason declines charity; then he offers Mason a job washing pots, which causes negative reactions from Liam Connor Jr’s (Charlie Wrenshall) worried stepfather Gary Windass, (Mikey North).
