Coronation Street Spoilers: Tyrone Dobbs Exposes Pyromaniac Child To The Police

Coronation Street latest spoilers reveal Tyrone is about to make a heartbreaking decision to confess Hope’s guilt at the police as he deems it to be necessary after ex-partner Fiz Stape is arrested for the crime.

Tyrone (Alan Halsall) is currently helping Fiz (Jennie McAlpine) to cover up for their child Hope (Isabella Flanagan) after they discovered the child’s guilt for the incident.

It was confirmed that Hope was responsible for the fire that almost killed her father’s new partner Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) when Fiz recovered the stolen keys in Hope’s toy chest.

Fiz and Hope did a runner last week and in upcoming scenes, Tyrone informs grandmother Evelyn Plummer (Dame Maureen Lipman) and Alina that they are away with Cilla.

Alina is still mourning after miscarrying her baby boy named Andre. She would’ve named him that as a tribute to her grandfather.

At first, she blamed herself for the fire, but after learning that someone used an accelerant and her keys were stolen, she accused Fiz.

But Tyrone betrays Alina by putting back the stolen keys in her jacket pocket to clear Fiz’s name.

However, Tyrone gets busted next week when Evelyn and Alina find out Fiz and Hope are not staying with Cilla. Tired of their secrecy, Alina reports Fiz to the police. Fiz gets emotional as the police arrest her upon arriving back at Weatherfield.

With no other option in hand, Tyrone confesses to Alina he’s only protecting his family. Alina feels betrayed he chose Fiz over her. But she’s gutted when Tyrone admits it was Hope he’s protecting.

Next week, Tyrone has to tell all to the police after Fiz is forced to spend the night in prison for owning up to the crime.

Evelyn encourages Tyrone to hire a professional to help Hope. Alina also insists the child needs to face her consequences or else she’d end up causing more serious problems in the future, and that it would be Tyrone’s fault for condoning the child.

Burdened by reality, Tyrone admits to the police it was Hope who started the fire, but the emotional mother denies it in an attempt to save Hope.

The police did not charge Fiz for the crime, but she’s warned about hiding the truth. Fiz is resentful of Tyrone, but Evelyn urges them now is not the time for war, as they have to orient Hope for what’s about to come.

Later, the parents take Hope to the police with Evelyn, helping her as her appropriate adult. The child admits she used nail polish and a candle to set the baby cot on fire, but she justifies she didn’t plan to harm anyone.

However, the parents need to get ready, as Hope’s solicitor soon informs them she will be charged after confessing her crimes and that she may have to face a trial.
