‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers Weekly Update Dec 15-19: Todd And Theo Centric Episode, Dee-Dee’s Bombshell, Carl’s Affair Exposed?

Todd And Theo Centric Episode-Police Are Called

Next week in Coronation Street, viewers will get an exclusive glimpse into Todd Grimshaw’s tormenting life as his suffering at the hands of Theo Silverton reaches a peak, prompting a police intervention.

The horror of Todd’s abuse takes the spotlight in Monday’s episode, which is dedicated solely to exploring the dark dynamics of his relationship with Theo.

Presented entirely through Todd’s hidden camera, CCTV footage, and police bodycams, a sequence of flashbacks reveals the events that transpired in the flat after a domestic incident was reported to the authorities.

Some scenes may be somewhat disturbing, so hold onto your hats! Will Todd finally manage to break free from Theo’s sinister grip?

George Worries, Daniel Spots Something Concerning

As Todd attempts to repair the fallout from the previous night, both in a literal and figurative sense, George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) grows concerned when Bernie Winter Alahan (Jane Hazlegrove) discloses something.

She tells him that she has seen the condition of the flat and suspects there’s more to the tale. During lunch, George offers Todd his job back, and as he and Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins) press Todd for details about what transpired, will he be honest?

Meanwhile, after Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) notices Will Driscoll’s (Lucas Hodgson-Wale) lovestruck expression while speaking to Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon), Bernie intervenes.

To assist him in making friends, she enlists Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) in her plan-when Brody hints he might go after Megan, will Will swiftly put a stop to their developing friendship?

Dee-Dee Drops A Bombshell, The Michaelis Girls Make Trouble

In the meantime, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) drops a shocking revelation on her family. Meanwhile, Joanie (Savanna Pennington) and Shanice Michaelis (Molly Kilduff) create chaos for Sally (Sally Dynevor) and Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine).

Although Dee-Dee’s family is quick to support her when she announces her new job, another unexpected twist leaves them completely stunned.

At the same time, Joanie and Shanice find themselves in trouble for shoplifting. Plus, Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) and Cassie Plummer (Claire Sweeney) face off once again.

Will’s “Sleepover” Busted?

Meanwhile, Will reaches the age of 16, fixated on one goal: to consummate his ‘relationship’ with the despicable groomer Megan. Ben Driscoll (Aaron McCusker) and Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) pretend that they’ve forgotten to organize a special celebration for Will’s 16th birthday.

Will then promptly takes the opportunity to invite Megan to a hotel room he has reserved-while his family attempts to reach him, he is preoccupied with having sex with Megan.

When Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) casually informs Ben that he saw Will at Chariot Square, Ben rushes over. Megan and Will are filled with dread as they realize Ben is pounding on their door. Is a secret about to be revealed?

Sally Struggles to Manage Joanie, Will Carl’s Affair With James Be Exposed?

Sally finds it challenging to control Joanie after Joanie is prohibited from going to a friend’s Christmas party.

When Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) and her daughters visit, Joanie has a meltdown, toppling the Christmas tree while shouting at Sally that she will never be able to replace her mother. 

In the meanwhile, James Bailey (Jason Callender) is on the verge of revealing his affair with Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) to Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine).

After sending a barrage of drunken texts to Carl, James pleads with him not to read them, as  Carl misplaces his phone, and  becomes anxious when James jokes that he should hope Abi doesn’t find out.

Later, after locating his phone, Abi looks over his shoulder; can Carl talk his way out of this predicament?
