Later, Nick expresses his regret to David for doubting him, while Kit conducts an interview with Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson), reviewing all the evidence that points to her involvement in the fire. Leanne acknowledges that the situation appears dire but maintains her innocence.

Rob Schemes To Escape From Prison, But His Escape Attempt Fails

Prison guard Mandy Waring (Rebecca Atkinson) approaches Rob in his cell, confirming his commitment to their escape plan before sharing a passionate kiss.

Meanwhile, Carla Connor (Alison King) receives a call from the hospital informing her that Rob has suffered an allergic reaction to antibiotics and has been urgently admitted.

When Carla arrives at the hospital, Mandy informs her that the consultant needs to speak with her, prompting Carla to leave and Mandy uncuffs Rob—could they be planning to flee together?

The next day, Carla is thrown into a panic upon receiving an email stating that Rob is a perfect match for the transplant, scheduled for the following day.

She visits Rob in prison, so his previous escape attempt has failed-as the doctor mentions a delay in Carla’s operation, she becomes anxious that Rob might reconsider his decision.

Mason’s Funeral, Abi’s Fright, Kevin’s Test Results

Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine), Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King), Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne), Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin), Lisa, Liam Connor (Charlie Wrenshall), and Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) attend Mason Radcliffe’s (Luca Toolan) funeral.

As the coffin is placed into the hearse, Abi approaches the group but quickly turns away in distress-later, she confides in Dr. Gaddas (Christine Mackie) about the hallucinations she’s been experiencing. Will the doctor be able to assist her?

The following day, Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) joins Kevin for his medical appointment, where the consultant delivers the news of his testicular cancer diagnosis and outlines the need for surgery.

Smoke Alarms And Flashbacks, Abi Buckles Under The Strain

Kev rushes out the door, while Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) enters his home and discovers something burning in the oven, the smoke alarm blaring, and Abi experiencing a flashback.

Later, Debbie finds Abi in a state of panic over preparing a Valentine’s dinner for Kev, and she offers her some assistance with a creative idea.

As Kevin reveals his health struggles to his son Jack Webster (Kyran Bowes), the question looms: can Abi be there for her family, and will she receive the support she so urgently needs?

Kevin’s health crisis arrives at a particularly challenging moment, as Abi grapples with her own issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder triggered by witnessing Mason’s murder.

This turmoil brings back painful memories of her late son Seb Franklin (Harry Visnoni), who tragically lost his life after a brutal attack by a gang.

Gemma Befriends New Neighbors

Gemma Winter-Brown (Dolly-Rose Campbell) strikes up a friendship with newcomer Lou Michaelis (Farrel Hegarty), finding it entertaining to watch Lou tease Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) about the cost of some nighttime pull-ups.

Soon, Lou recognizes Gemma as a fellow parent from Bessie Street school and invites her to The Rovers for a drink.

As the week unfolds, Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) surprises Gemma with some Valentine’s cakes and mentions he believes he has seen the troublesome silver van again.

Gemma shares that Lou and her husband Mick Michaelis (Joe Layton) are moving to Mawdsley Street, and she has plans to meet them for a drink-what adventures await this new friendship?

The show has already hinted that Mick and Lou will be the soap’s latest ‘nightmare neighbors,’ raising the question: could Mick be behind the van that’s been giving Chesney so much grief?

Daniel Tries To Win Bethany Back While Cassie Makes A Love Confession
