Mick Escapes
Just when we believed the drama had ended, Mick escapes from jail in the upcoming week. The villain has been in custody since he murdered Craig Tinker (Colson Smith), but it seems Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) is Mick’s next target; will Kit make it out alive?
With Lou Michaelis (Farrel Hegarty) in a tough spot and the family disintegrating, a standoff soon ensues as he demands his children be handed over, as Mick intends to flee.
Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) heads to collect sisters Joanie (Savanna Pennington) and Shanice Michaelis (Molly Kilduff) from Sally Metcalfe’s (Sally Dynevor) home.
Sally informs the boy that Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) is taking Joanie to a taster day at Weatherfield High, and Brody secretly contacts Mick while trying to hide his anxiety.

The frightening incident continues as Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) is getting ready for an interview at the school, while Joanie faces teasing from her classmates about her parents.
Joanie gets upset, prompting the school to call Sally to take her home; meanwhile, Lou is questioned by PC Jess Haywood (Donnaleigh Bailey) regarding Mick, but Lou claims to know nothing.
Mick arrives at the school and surprises Daniel and Mrs. Crawshaw (Carla Mendonça) by insisting that he wants Joanie.
Mrs. Crawshaw informs them that Joanie has already been picked up by Sally, leading Mick to lock them in the office before he escapes.
At the same time, Sally shows Joanie around the empty factory, and Mick is seen on the street with Kit chasing after him.

Kit Needs Surgery To Save His Life
Mick seems menacing while gripping a metal bar, and after their confrontation, Kit is in desperate need of surgery to save his life.
With Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) and Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) anxiously waiting at Kit’s bedside, is his survival in question? Brody remains unaccounted for, adding to Bernie’s worries, but has Mick managed to avoid facing the law?
More crucially, will the streets lose yet another officer to the ruthless killer? And will Bernie endure the heartbreak of losing another son?
Dev Returns
Meanwhile, Dev is back on the cobbles-but with Bernie becoming suspicious of Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain), what trouble lies ahead for the unaware Dev?
Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) seeks to make up for her recent actions and invites Aadi to have tea with her and baby Frankie Bolton (Roman Thresh).
As Aadi agrees, he remains oblivious to Lauren’s growing affection for him, while he continues to hide his unintentional involvement in her spiking incident.
By the week’s end, Aadi finds himself yelling at a masked intruder who rushes out of the corner shop. He tells his twin sister Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) that the guy threatened him with a wrench and forced him to empty the safe.
Aadi Keeps Up The Narrative As Dev Shows UP
Asha listens sympathetically as Aadi recounts the event. He discloses that the robber made off with £6k in cash, but when he mentions that at least they have insurance, Bernie suspects Aadi is acting suspiciously. Is there more to Aadi’s story than what appears?
Soon, Dev returns after being away for months, eager to learn what he has missed – will he uncover the truth about what’s happening? And can Aadi keep up the story?
Kevin’s Guilt
Additionally, Kevin feels the weight of his lies when his sister Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) takes action. He reassures Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) that he will reveal the truth about his cancer to Abi Webster (Sally Carman-Duttine) after their weekend trip.
However, it isn’t long before Kevin’s guilt resurfaces over his false claim that he still requires treatment, especially after he learns something new about Debbie. Debbie is battling dementia but is determined to enjoy life to the fullest.
Debbie’s Furious
She is furious when she finds out that she and her partner Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) have lost No. 6 to Carla. Soon after, Ronnie pleads with Debbie to withdraw an excessive offer for the house.
Debbie reminds him that she is a successful businesswoman, and Ronnie confides in Kevin that Debbie wants the house so she can be close to him during his cancer treatment.
Overwhelmed with guilt, Kevin tells Debbie he doesn’t want her to make hasty choices for his benefit. But will he admit that his cancer is no longer a concern?
Nick’s Worries
Nick is feeling anxious about his son Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan), as the consequences of Mick’s actions resonate through the community, and a quiet Sam is particularly worrying. Nick attempts to address the situation that occurred at school, but Sam is unwilling to discuss it.
Then, Hope Dobbs (Isabella Flanagan) informs Nick that Sam’s cousin Lily Platt (Brooke Malonie) was hiding from Mick inside a classroom. But Lily did not allow Sam to join her, leaving him to handle the situation on his own.
Nick is frustrated as he confides in his half-brother David Platt (Jack P Shepherd), but is there a way for them to assist Sam?
Carla’s Fears
During the robbery at the shop, Carla and Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers), who were nearby, see the thief making a getaway. Carla feels perplexed when Lisa doesn’t react and just stands still, not jumping to action as she usually would.
Later on, Carla presses Lisa for answers about the incident, questioning why she didn’t intervene to stop the robber.
However, Lisa declines to discuss it, leaving Carla feeling uneasy. Will Lisa eventually reveal the reason behind her inaction during the crime?
