He claims he knocked on Todd’s door but received no response, so he assumes Todd has already left for the start line.

Theo Tricks Todd
Later, George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) carefully tells Todd that his relationship might not be good for him. At lunch, Theo acts charming, saying to George and Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins) that he has changed and Todd’s happiness is his main concern.
But soon, George’s act drops, and he tells Christina they need to keep Theo on their side for now. Then, Theo surprises Todd by blindfolding him and taking him to the register office, where Gary Windass (Mikey North) and Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) are waiting.

Theo Is Busted!
The next day, Todd awakens to a throbbing headache, a lingering reminder of the tumultuous events from the day before.
Meanwhile, Theo, showing little sympathy for Todd’s condition, decides to go for a run to clear his mind. At the same time, George pays a visit, bringing along a warm cup of tea to share.
Upon Theo’s return, he mistakenly believes that Todd is occupied in the bathroom and starts hurling harsh insults through the closed door. Just then, Todd steps out, only to find George exiting the bathroom, having overheard the entire exchange!
Dev’s Interrogated!
Dev and Bernie Winter-Alahan (Jane Hazlegrove) come back from their vacation and are stunned to find Mal Roper (Tim Treloar) declaring that he intends to stay for the foreseeable future.
Shortly after, he visits the police station, stating he has had a sudden flashback and now remembers who attacked him-it’s Dev!
However, we know that Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) is the actual attacker, and after being called to the station by Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers), he feels anxious.
Dev is questioned about the assault, while a concerned Bernie confides in Gemma that her brother is the one to blame.
With suspicion directed at Dev, Bernie worries that the only way to protect her husband might be to reveal her own son.
Mal Gives Bernie An Unsavory Choice
Kit, on the other hand, comforts her by saying there’s no proof connecting Dev to the attack. This means that, for the time being, neither of them has to be concerned.
Later, at the Chariot Square Hotel, Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) watches anxiously as Bernie walks down a hallway, knocks on a bedroom door, and quietly enters.
Inside, Mal tells Bernie that just being in the same room with her means everything to him, then he pats the bed and invites her to sit next to him. Trying to hide her disgust, Bernie faces a painful decision to save her marriage; will she accept Mal’s offer?

To help Will express himself, Ben convinces him to go to a counselling session to discuss his relationship with his teacher.
However, when Kit later discloses that forensic checks on Will’s and Megan’s phones reveal nothing illegal, Ben and Eva are left feeling hopeless about the lack of answers.
Daniel Encourages Sam To Tell The Police Everything He Knows, While Hope Sows Doubt
Meanwhile, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) urges Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) to tell the police everything he knows, insisting that Megan should face consequences.
But Hope Dobbs (Isabella Flanagan) quickly sows doubt, warning Sam that Daniel and Megan might actually be in cahoots and that trusting him could be a mistake.
The teenager later confides in Hope that he has discarded his phone after suspecting Daniel is monitoring his emails.
Later, when Will confesses he’s become a joke at school, Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) grows increasingly worried about his well-being.
Ben opens up to Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine), admitting he feels he has let Will down and that trusting Megan was a huge error.
Adam’s Got A Confession To Make
Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) confesses to Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) that the company is losing clients due to the recent data breach. As the pressure increases, Annie King (Marie Crutchley) warns that she will take her business elsewhere unless improvements are made.
To avoid losing her, Adam proposes an appealing compromise: a no-win, no-fee arrangement in hopes of retaining her as a client. What implications does this have for George, against whom she is building a case?
Betsy And Dylan Volunteer To Babysit Connie, Then Jodie Steps In
Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) and Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) volunteer to babysit baby Connie Connor (Aoife & Erin O’Neill) while Carla Connor (Alison King) and Lisa go to work.
With the baby sound asleep, the two relax on the couch and soon find themselves cuddling. Will they put their own desires before the child’s well-being for a quiet afternoon?
