Recently, she impressed avid viewers with her portrayal when she bagged the trophy in the Young Performer category during the British Soap Awards. As she received her prestigious award, the actress acknowledged “Coronation Street” for creating an incredible story. “I’m so glad to be involved in such a great storyline,” she said.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Millie Gibson Talks About Her Birthday Celebration

Gibson recently celebrated another year of life and she happily shared her wonderful experiences during her latest chat with Lorraine Kelly. She shared that “Coronation Street” plays a huge part in her life since the age of 15. As the world has begun to recover from the pandemic, the award-winning actress expressed her delight as she got to party for her birthday after the lockdown.

“I was so glad because I was one of those people that were lucky enough to have her 18th when the lockdown was finally over,” Gibson said while recalling some highlights of the event. “First drink ever!” she continued.

In one of her recent posts on social media, Gibson shared some photos captured during her 18th birthday with a caption: “I mean, finally.” Fans gathered in the comment section and filled it with birthday wishes including her “Corrie” costars, such as Sally Carman, who wrote: “Beautiful girl,” and Alexandra Mardell, who says: “Cute. Happy 18th, lovely.”

In other news, the recent episode of “Coronation Street” revealed that Kelly Neelan fought for her life when she was abducted by two men who were said to be his father’s client. It was seen that Kelly was making amends to Kieron and Ross using Rick’s dodgy money. However, the former customer used the situation to have more money in hand, so he decided to see the youngster in person and kept her in exchange for £50,000.

When the hostage taker called Gary using Kelly’s phone, the man immediately looked for ways to save the teenager. Gary was also able to have £24,000 in hand, but Ross was unimpressed with the amount of cash offered to him. As a result, he threatened the debt collector that Kelly’s life will be in danger if he won’t give him the exact cash he needed.
