Corrie Spoilers For March 23: Gemma Winters Fears Hurting the Quads
On Monday’s episode of the ITV soap, Gemma has a nightmare in which she hurt her deaf son, Aled Winter-Brown (Harry and Harvey Thompson). Upon waking, she becomes fearful that she might end up harming one of her quadruplets. Her depression is getting worse and he feels more certain than ever that she is an unfit parent.
Arthur Medwin Begs For Another Chance
After being stood up, Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) tries to act unbothered. Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) gives Arthur a piece of his mind. He warns the older gentleman that Evelyn shouldn’t have been stood up and never to contact her again. Corrie spoilers reveal he is devastated. However, he will later approach Evelyn again and beg for another chance. In her typical cool demeanor, she tells him that will take it under consideration.
Wednesday, March 25: David Platt’s Despair Leads To Drunken Duel
Coronation Street spoilers for Wednesday indicate David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) is trying to cope with the divorce. He tries to convince Marie Connor (Samia Longchambon) that it will allow him to move on. He then finds Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) and there is a spark between them.
Later, David and Sebastian “Seb” Franklin (Harry Visinoni) get into a heated argument. David accuses him of being jealous of Alina. Seb reacts by punching David, leaving Emma Brooker (Alexandra Mardell) horrified.
Coronation Street Spoilers: Wedding Exit and Dog Smuggling
As for Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Barthomelew), he will see the escort again on Wednesday. Meanwhile, there might be an opportunity to get Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) away from her abusive partner. It is a wedding and Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) is told to expect them to come. However, Geoff won’t allow Yasmeen to go unless he attends. When Alya tells the abusive magician that he’s not invited, Geoff replies that he’s going anyway.
Also, expect a confrontation over Ken being fined for “dog smuggling.”
ITV Makes COVID-19 Broadcast Changes
Remember, ITV is cutting down the number of episodes that air each week. This is in response to halting production due to the coronavirus pandemic. By reducing the number of days that the soap airs, it will allow viewers to continue enjoying new episodes. Until further notice, ITV will only air Corrie each Monday and Wednesday.
