The latter promises that they’re in this together when he gets arrested. But in the end, he’ll realize that she has abandoned him.

Fans may recall that Debbie came up with a plan to stage a fake robbery at the Bistro so she could get the insurance money. She needed the cash to pay Ed Bailey’s insurance. She turned to Ryan for help in running the scam. Unfortunately, things didn’t go according to plan.

Debbie thought she managed to pull off the scam. But she was surprised when Ed revealed that the power cut didn’t affect the CCTV, which means they’ll find out who stole the money.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Ryan Connor Gets Arrested

Ryan gets arrested after the footage reveals that it was he who took the money. He threatened Debbie that he’d reveal his involvement, but the latter told him to keep quiet and promised that she’d help him deal with this.

Ryan managed to get out of jail on bail. Debbie may have promised to handle the lawyer fees, promote him to a higher-paying job, and give him his share, but Ryan will have to deal with the consequences of what he’s done.

The residents at the cobbles gave him the cold shoulder except for Alya Nazir (Sair Khan). The latter tried to get the truth out of him, but he decided to keep Debbie’s secret.

Will Debbie manage to keep this secret for long? What will happen when her insurance scam is revealed?

Debbie writes a check for Ed, but it isn’t long before Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan) realizes that it was all part of an insurance scam. He knew Debbie was guilty, so he broke up with her but didn’t report the scam to the police.

Spoilers hint that Ronnie will give Ryan some piece of advice but will he be willing to listen? He’ll encourage Ryan just to face his punishment instead of making things worse. It seems like he’ll take Ronnie’s advice. He’ll plead guilty when he appears at the magistrates, and Ronnie will be there as he awaits his sentencing.
