Tim and Sally haven’t slept together since his major surgery. They’ve been having intimacy issues for months, and Tim decided to confide in Aggie about it. As a healthcare worker, Aggie offers him support and advice on his predicament they both establish a close connection.
Tim and Aggie go out to buy a necklace as a gift for Sally for their anniversary. Tim also buys one for Aggie as a thank-you gift. Later on, Aggie tells Tim to follow her lead since she tells Ed Bailey (Trevor Michael Georges) that the necklace is an old one that she recently found.

As for Sally and Tim, they’ll plan a night out at the Bistro to celebrate their anniversary. They also take a disco aerobics course later in the week. They both have fun spending their time together. The two share a kiss and hit the sheets for the first time in months.
The pair head to the bistro, where they find Ed and Aggie. Tim and Sally get invited to share their table, and Aggie notices their flirtatious gestures. Tim wants to update Aggie about their sex life and sends her a text. The problem is that he sends it to Sally instead.

Aggie and Tim have been meeting in secret about the latter’s marital issues. He doesn’t want anyone else to know that he’s been having intimacy issues with Sally, hence the secrecy.
Lorna Laidlaw, the actress behind the character of Aggie, opened up about alter ego’s true relationship with Tim. She denied speculations that the pair has a romantic connection.
“If the writers put it in, I would absolutely say ‘No’ to it,” she said in an interview with Inside Soap.
“Of course, people are jumping to that conclusion. But men and women are allowed to have friendships, and it’s important we show that,” she added.

She remained mum about Sally’s reaction once she learns about Tim’s connection with Aggie, but she teased that “it all explodes.”
“If Aggie and Tim had fessed up at the beginning, then they wouldn’t have ended up in this situation,” she explained.
“But the little lies have built up, all because of the fear that people will come to the wrong conclusion,” she added.
