Toyah also tried to convince Leanne that Spider thinks she’s guilty. Spider walked out after Toyah’s confession. She’s been trying to reach out to him after the revelation but he’s rejecting her call. He falls off the radar and doesn’t make any contact with Toyah until he figures out what he should do.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Georgia Taylor Talks About Spider Nugent’s Reaction

In an interview with Digital Spy, Georgia Taylor opened up about Toyah’s confession.

“He doesn’t want to hear it, for many reasons. He basically storms out, he’s like: ‘I can’t hear this, you can’t tell me about this, I don’t want to know about this’ and then he leaves, and then he basically falls off the radar and she can’t get in touch with him,” she said.

Taylor added that he’s not answering her calls and text messages. He still refuses to make contact even as she goes to court for her trial. So, Toyah has no idea what Spider will do and how it’ll affect her case.

Fans recently learned that Spider secretly met with DS Swain (Vicky Myers). It’s been revealed that he’s working as an undercover police officer working on a case that’s not related to Toyah’s trial. However, DS Swain is pressuring Spider to force Toyah to talk about what really happened to Imran.

Given that Toyah recently confessed to him that she intentionally killed Imran, Hancock said that his character is now in a difficult position. He doesn’t want to hurt Toyah but he’s also a police officer and he’s got work to do.
