In the recent episode of the longest-running soap, Paul was feeling stressed as he became weaker every day.
During his joint birthday celebration with his twin sister, Gemma Winter, he headed to the park to take a break from the overwhelming number of people.
However, he found himself on the ground when he tried to run after his nephew, Bryn.
Thankfully, Peter was just around the corner and he hurriedly came to Paul to help him.
Moreover, he feels embarrassed when Billy and Todd have to help him climb the stairs because he cannot do it alone anymore.
After reflecting on his situation, Paul suggested spending more time with Billy while they still can. He also surprised his lover with his plan of walking down the aisle when they got married.
Though Billy didn’t pressure him, Paul remained hopeful.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Daniel Brocklebank Opens Up Paul Foreman And Billy Mayhew’s Painful Story
During his latest interview with Metro.co.uk, Daniel Brocklebank discussed his onscreen love story with Chris Gascoyne. “He’s very, very aware that time together is coming to an end. Their time as it stands is coming to an end because of course the longer it goes on, the less Paul will be able to do,” he uttered.
The actor also stated that instead of focusing on all the negativities around them, Paul and Billy will choose to spend more time together and celebrate their love. As for his character, Brocklebank believed that the situation is also difficult for Billy as he often sees Paul suffering.
“This thing comes in and literally smashes everything out of the park completely dismantles the future that he bought that they were building on,” he stated.
Will Paul eternally say goodbye very soon? Or will there still be a chance for healing?
Coronation Street Spoilers – Paul Foreman Discovers Something Terrible About Shelly Victoria Unwin
In the upcoming scenes of “Coronation Street,” Paul visits his new-found friend, Shelly, and somehow complains about Billy’s plan to have a stairlift and a wheelchair.
As always, the woman advises Paul to be grateful, especially for his boyfriend who constantly supports him.
When he arrives home, the man invites Billy to go out and tries to spend more time with him.
Later in the week, Paul steps back into Shelly’s apartment alongside his mom, Bernie Winter. The two then find multiple boxes and parcels that contain a laptop.
Shelly admits that she has been buying laptops on her old company credit card and selling them so she can pay for her caregivers.
Meanwhile, Paul buys one of Shelly’s stolen laptops and presents it to Summer Spellman for her birthday.
