Eastenders Actor Tony Clay Joining Strictly Come Dancing?

It looks like another Eastenders star might be showing off their dancing skills on the highly rated dance competition show, Strictly Come Dancing. New reports indicate that actor Tony Clay, who plays Callum ‘Halfway’ Highway on the hit BBC show, is looking to cross over and dance!

According to the UK’s Daily Star, viewers cold be seeing Tony sooner rather than later on Strictly Come Dancing. Of course, producers haven’t made any comments or confirmations yet, but from what we know he is a frontrunner to be joining next year’s lineup.

Plus, fans know that Tony has plenty of secret talents. Not only does he have great dancing skills (from what we’ve seen) but he’s also a stand-up comic and a tenor singer. Before he secured his role on Eastenders, he’s also starred in a number of television series including An Ordinary Life and the Sky1 drama Lucky Mann. In other words, Tom is someone who has his plate full! We will definitely be a crowd pleaser on Strictly Come Dancing.

There’s no doubt that fans can’t wait to see Tony Clay show off his fancy footwork on the dance floor. Of course, we will have more details once they come in. For now, fans will just have to wait and see what’s in store for his character in Albert Square. Fans will just have to tune in to see!
