EastEnders Spoilers: Linda Carter’s Boozy Behavior
For the past few months, Linda’s behavior has been a rollercoaster. There were times when she seemed to be doing well and avoided getting plastered. Then, she would slip and fans would be shocked at her behavior. This was certainly the case over the holidays, especially on New Year’s Eve.
Even though Mick would like his wife to go to rehab, she is in denial. Linda actually believes that she can drink in moderation, but it’s clear her problem is much worse than she cares to admit.
EastEnders Spoilers: Addiction and Relationships
Eastenders spoilers indicate that things are going to get a lot worse before they get better. According to Digital Spy, actress Kellie Bright had this to say about the situation,

“Things are definitely getting worse for Mick and Linda and they’re the worst they’ve ever been… It’s as bad as they’ve ever been.”
In December, it was teased by Bright that the only thing that would probably make her sit up and quit drinking is losing her family.
Eastenders Spoilers: Mick Carter’s Frustration
It is clear that over the past several weeks, Mick’s frustration has grown. He already had to deal with social services about Ollie Carter (Harry Farr). Not only did MIck have to deal with the possibility of losing custody, but he had to face the caseworker alone because Linda had been drinking.
He will continue to experience more drama with Linda’s parenting. It is suggested that Linda even puts her own son in danger.

Eastenders spoilers indicate that the future of the Carter marriage is unclear. Something is going to have to change for the couple to get back to being happy and functional. At some point, Mick is going to have to put his foot down and give his wife an ultimatum. But which will she choose — her family or booze?
