EastEnders Spoilers: BBC Soap Films Shakil Kazemi’s Funeral

EastEnders spoilers indicate that Shakil Kazemi’s funeral is going to be a heartbreaking episode to watch. The teenager is about to get killed off in what will definitely be a shocking moment in his current storyline.

New EastEnders spoiler photos show as Shakil’s closest friends and family and those in his community gather together as he’s laid to rest following his tragic murder. Apparently, Shakil will be killed off in an upcoming storyline, in which he and his friend Keagan Baker are attacked by a group of thugs with knives.

Several EastEnders cast members were spotted filming Shakil’s funeral last week. Actor Davood Ghadami, who plays Shakil’s grief-stricken brother Kush, is one of the mourners. Keegan will also be making an appearance at the funeral. Even though he survived the knife attack, he can’t believe that his best mate is now dead. Others at the funeral will include Jay Brown, Tiffany Butcher and Shakil’s ex-girlfriend Bex, who will also be showing their support.

If that weren’t enough, actress Jessie Wallace was spotted filming scenes in her character as Kat Moon. She can be see woefully staring at his coffin in one of the teaser photos. A few other pics also show Kush interacting with a few newcomers, including his brother Darius and his father Umar.

Back in March EastEnders producers confirmed that they would be working alongside actress Brooke Kinsella in portraying a storyline about a knife crime plot. Brooke’s brother Ben Kinsella was fatally stabbed in an attack back in 2008.
