According to the Sun, Dean explained that the scenes are extremely tense and dramatic. Phil is the angriest he’s ever been. While he is determined to make her suffer, she won’t just stand there and take his abuse.

“Phil is at his angriest and we see the fighter in Sharon, it was a fantastic dynamic to play.”

The Eastenders actress also mentioned that Sharon has already gone to great lengths to protect her secret. Now that Phil knows the truth, how will she react? Dean explained that there isn’t anything Sharon won’t do to protect herself, to save her baby and perhaps even Keanu.

“Obviously, Phil explodes and all hell breaks loose at No. 55, Sharon finds herself with nowhere to hide. I don’t want to spoil anything, but there are some twists and turns that Sharon definitely didn’t see coming… and neither did I (laughs).”
