Vincent joined EastEnders in 2015, and his character made his debut during a live scene in the soap’s 30th anniversary week. Since his first appearance, Vincent Hubbard has been part of major storylines including the time when he went against the Mitchell family. He was also revealed as a police informant and had to deal with the dramas that came his way because he was married to Kim Fox. He also got involved in Aiden Maguire’s botched heist, which left him fearing for his life when Aiden decided to get revenge.

Although he made it clear that he would love to go back, he also noted that he didn’t have any idea if this will happen anytime soon. “I don’t know! I’ll be honest, I don’t really know.”
He played the role as Vincent Hubbard for three years and he bowed on screen last spring. Previous reports revealed that Blackwood’s departure from the show was a mutual decision.

During the press launch of Dancing on Ice, Blackwood expressed how he missed Walford, especially the good times he shared with his newfound family. He also said he was happy to become one of the fans watching the soap and seeing how the story has developed. But he’d also love to be part of the soap once again, and if given a chance, he said he would “happily go back.”

Vincent’s exit on EastEnders was quite unclear. He was kidnapped by men who were working for Aidan Maguire. Nobody knows if he’s dead since his body was never found or shown on screen, but there is no sign that he is alive either.
