Emmerdale Fans Fear For Liam And Leyla’s Marriage But Love His Acting

Emmerdale fans are well aware that people with murderous intent exist in the drama. Well, now that Leanna died, Liam’s broken with grief. Of course, he’s beside himself and lashed out at Leyla. Fans know who killed Leanna and that was Meena Jutla. Naturally, now he’s lost his only child, fans fear that Liam might also lose Leyla. Whatever happens though, they seem completely impressed with his acting as he rages in his grief.

Meena Jutla murdered Leanna and the audience knows that. In fact, she deliberately shoved her over the bridge. Meanwhile, the finding by the police of an accidental death came in absolute record time. Of course, that wouldn’t happen in real life. However, ITV fans at least find some relief in knowing the investigation hasn’t dragged on for years. At least, not yet. However, they d fear that Leyla and Liam might run into trouble with their marriage.

Recall, back in 2019 on Emmerdale, soon after Bernice White left, Leyla revealed she had a hectic crush on Liam? Well, things moved along since then, and they seemed to have a fairly stable relationship recently. Of course, the loss of a child, no matter how young or old is enough to drive any parent crazy. Liam now thinks that Leanna fell off the bridge when she tripped in the high heels that Leyla gave her. Actually, he said, “She wasn’t used to them – she stumbled and fell off that bridge because of you.”

Naturally, despite her assurances that they took their vows for life, and she understands why Liam lashed out, it must hurt her a lot. So, fans fear their marriage might end, as noted by The Sun UK. Anyway, Liam pretty much ranted at everyone. So much so, that ITV fans now think that Jonny McPherson acted out the scenes of grief in a pretty masterful way. Despite the unlikely short police investigation, they admired the talent he displayed.

When a clip was posted to Emmerdale on Instagram, fans had a lot of things to say about it. One of them noted, “You’re obviously not reading your viewers feedback? Such a pathetic police investigation, they all need to be sacked! No investigation gets concluded within 2 days????” Despite other similar comments, lots of people talked about the acting. It actually seemed a lot better than the accidental death storyline deserved.
